In Japanese people educational institutions, the learners don't get ANY examinations until they achieve quality four (the age of 10)! Why?
Because the objective for the first 3 decades of educational institutions is NOT to assess the kid's information or studying,but to set up courtesy and to create their character!
Yes, that's what our learners trained us: Ways BEFORE knowledge!
